Brief from client 

They were looking for a simple, fresh and modern logo. Green and blue colours. They should use the logo for various branches of the business.

The leaf really looks clip arty, just like if you picked it up on the Internet and traced it on Illustrator (a big no no). There's a weird inconsistency between the symbol and the rest, which is poorly and quickly done.

Why do you want to add a leaf with waterdrops on it? Unless they have something to do with organic tea, I don't see how it's relevant.

I would do leaf a much simpler (2 colors), without a drop of water. I would change the proportions - make the name biger.
