Brief from client 

This was a logo for a company that regenerated abandoned factory sites in to homes for people in need.

Looks very busy, you have to spend some time to recognize everything. You can do with much less detail.

Yes theirs definitely a lot of information in this one. I guess it looks more of an advertisement than a logo.

Yup, as Geracao says, too much stuffs going on in the visual. I can't see what these white shapes are. I'd drop the reflection, it's even more confusing.

Otherwise, it definitly has the potential to look good.
