I like the design, im not a fan of the white font on the bottom it seems to plain for your design.
What is "rótulos de Farofa" ? I don't like the grid on the shirt it doesn't add anything. also I think you should get rid of the red oval, it is not necessary and like Monito said, the white text is just not right.
This is farofa. Rótulos de Farofa, I want to means package label to this product.

Arthur, its a logo for a package of FAROVA (kind of flour), and the grid on the shirt is because the caipira (redneck) shirt got grid on it.
Oi Garrido. Acho a ideia da logo para o pacote de farova legal, poderá ser um pouco mais aperfeiçoada. Por exemplo a font usada poderia ser um pouco mais cheia, com duplo outline talvez. o arial usado em branco em baixo poderia ser outro tipo tambem um pouco mais cheio. Voce poderia criar um eleento gráfico apenas com as fonts que poderiam fazer você dispensar a oval vermelha. Quanto ao "Chico Bento" penso que está legal. Se der tempo posso te mandar um exemplo do que acabei de falar. :)

However, I'm not a fan of the font below the name.
I'm sorry but what is this...a theme park? Way too buy logo! There is too much going on for this to be a viable logo. Frankly, after looking at it, I don't care what the product might be...who cares...it's too much. It's not 1950 and your making freaking pizza's.

symbols-way too much stuff and too much details, simplify, stylize, go abstract, do something different. Typo I don't like, but that's just me talking.
São apenas exemplos do que você poderia fazer. claro que precisam ser um pouco mais trabalhados. Mas esta era a ideia.

MAYBE USE ANOTHER TYPOGRAPHY AND THE SAME PLACE USE ANOTHER COLOR WITHOUT THE DEGRADE COLOR, USE ONE COLOR, THE YELLOW
I would make that guy smaller. Imagine if that would be made out of plastic on the outside of the store. If that is purely for packaging - that's fine I think.
