Doesn't gravity pull things downward? Lose all the drop shadows and background gradients. I quite like the style within the main G shape but at the moment it's all way to complicated.

It doesn't work at all, sorry.

The symbol is way too complicated, and to make things even more complex, it's duplicated in the brand name.

Super boring font choice. Get rid of that TM thingy, you don't need it in a logo..

Definitely way too many effects. Get rid of all of the, especially that nasty drop shadow.
