Eeeesh, this is really not good. Terrible fonts, awful gradients, useless strokes and clumsy symbol.

Mixing the symbol and a letter is rarely (and I insist on rarely) a good idea.

Please don't use Scriptina for anything. It is one of the most overused fonts. Also using a gradient in a logo is never really a good idea. It makes printing difficult and looks very 90'.
