This logo I created with the intention of representing the people where I live, here are whales, dunes, fishermen and some beautiful sunsets and I would like to have an opinion of the experts, I design because I like
My people are in Baja California Sur Mexico, here come the gray whale born there kilometers of dunes, the main work is the exporter of salt, but there are many fishermen who have died at sea and is a tribute to represent them and we have the best sunsets in the world

I think you have a good idea and intention with your logo, but i feel it needs some work tho, the whale tail looks off how its "grungy" and coming our of the boat, the sun is kinda cool, the boat i feel needs work, i like the shape how it seems to be racing thru the water, i would also adjust the water to something a little more watery unless the water is pee yellow there ;) also i would move the Un Lugar.. Magico maybe under baja? To many things going on so far, try to simplify and make clean
Way too many things going here, too many symbols.
You need to simplifu drastically and find a better font than that.

There is too much going on. The whale tail looks really bad. The separate elements are not flowing together. Almost like assembled clip art.
