Didnt feel it for the porpuse of the logo. It doesnt remind me to something to achive, in other words is kinda boring. Beside i really didint like the type (small one).
The colors are fine cause they remind me the greek flag. dunno man, lot to do here

I think that the center of the w was a house at first. One of the troubles for me is that the subtext is a little bit small and not in a great font also. try something more bold or striking, something that gives you the idea of being desibrable, or at least exciting.
