Brief from client
This is for a friend his beginning his own restaurant of gourmet hamburgers, this logo will be in neck labels, embroidered on, and most important on top of the roof about 3mt wide per 2 tall. I tried to use the less color to do it. Hope someone helps me.

Change the font colour. You will have problems when the logo and typeface is reduced to a small size. the red dropshadow that you use to make the words stand out will be reduced to little streaks that may not be reproduced accurately with some machines.
this doesnt look very good im affraid.. The symbol looks way to much like a cheap clip art and the colours are horrid. The font you have used is awful and unprofessional it looks like the font id use for a kids party banner! you need to get some more inspiration and take a look at some existing Gourmet Hamburger restaurant styles and logos. This doesnt look gourmet at all but more like cheap rubbish fast food
I see it but I fear this symbol doesn't display clearly enough. The shapes can definitely be refined. There are too many hard lines where they should look more organic and the pointy bun looks off to me. The red background doesn't let the red in the foreground come forward so it ends up lying flat together instead of having that impact you want, especially for the storefront sign. Go with a solid font, preferably not this one. It will have much more readability. If you look at the version icon on the right side of this page you can see what I'm talking about. The font disappears. Also, your font here looks like it's a different color than the font in your symbol so make sure you're you keep those consistent. Keep cracking at it and good luck.

puedes mejorar la síntesis gráfica de la hamburguesa, si vas a usar curvas trata de que las esquinas sean redondeadas, por ejemplo en las esquinas del pan de la hamburguesa son demasiado agudas, trata de usar formas mas orgánicas recuerda que es un alimento. pero si prefieres usar ángulos y formas rectas úsalas en todo el elemento no solo en algunos sitios... no se si me hago entender...
La tipografia: demasiado débil para el dispositivo gráfico no se ve trabajada, se ve como que se coloco ahí sin mucho pensar... trata de ubicarla mejor yo probaría con una fuente mas pesada con curvas parecidas la forma que representa la carne de la hamburguesa.
Por otra parte los colores, en el dispositivo gráfico tienes un rojo mas obscuro que el que colocaste en la tipografía esta diferencia de tonos esto debilita la tipografia aún mas...
no lo tomes a mal solo te hago la critica porque se que puedes mejorarla... saludos espero que te sirva de algo mi consejo
