I like the icon a lot. It works nicely. The text can use some help. I don't really like the subtexts in different sizes, and floating all around. I don't know something just doesent look right. The text can be a little darker.

Also if you make a 2nd ver, lets see it without the vignette, I feel like it might be interfering with the type.

dont really like the colors but i guess your fine with it... loving the concept u could make the text a little more uniform
