Way too many gradients and elements. I don't think the cityscape is needed here, either. This looks more like an illustration than a professional scale logo.

What can you tell us about this logo, by the way? There's no brief or anything, so we can only help you so much. I would sketch up some fresh ideas and simplify.

I wouldn't be as hard as my colleagues on this one. I think there is potential.

That symbol needs some simplifying. The gum part is well over the top and just complicates the whole thing.

I would remove the sky & clouds background. It doesn't bring anything besides printing problems and hassle.
