The client Didn't Mention What its for, but thats the best I could Come up with, and He mentioned to keep it simple.

I really like the idea here, it's a really strong logo. If I were to change anything I would look at the rim of the hat, the end of the left and right sides are a little messy and could be smoothed out a bit to look cleaner.
