Brief from client
For a web product header.
This is for a project I'm working on. The name is pretty much the concept. I tried some versions before this using a present but it just kept coming out too rigid so I decided to get away from the symbol. The idea I have for the header is this logo placed on a kind of corrugated recycled wrapping paper. I'll post that below.

Thanks. I'm always leery of using script fonts because there are so many crappy ones out there but this one seemed to fit the word and the theme well.
Maybe add a small arch to the Holiday type like only +7
then maybe it will feel more finished.

There u go i do agree with a comment saying to maybe lower the h slightly to "fit" better, but thats just an idea, i like the finishing touch with the arch! good work!

Do you think the corners of the banners are too sharp compared to the curvy flexible font?
Perhaps,but it does work with the subtext font being more crisp. You've got me pondering it.

It looks good to be, but I do have one small critique. I feel like the Curve on the H should be a bit lower in relation to the banner. It feels weighted towards the right side, almost separating the H from the rest of Holiday.
It's great! It has the feel of what it is, I almost feel like unwrapping that type lol. I think the paper you're after it's called craft paper
I don't mean to be a cockblocker or anything, but that cursive needs some more work. Think ligatures! It pains me to see a beautiful scripted font without the nice ligatures it deserves =) I'm pretty sure Joe F White would agree with me.
Anyway, this is going in the right direction.

Cheers from the US! It's an Ibanez GAX70. Cheaper guitar but I love the way it plays so I slapped a Seymour Duncan JB pickup in it and it sounds great.

It looks okay but I think the font can be better and i definetly think 'gift guide' should be all caps.
Not much to say here, only one thing: like Shawali says, the ligatures of the word "Holiday."
The rest is good.
I don't want to be negative. I don;t know your level of expertise, etc. It's okay. Fairly plain. Not much of an idea.
