At first glance, I read PD. I thought it was a pretty clever use of the an upside down P to make the D. But then I realised it was just two Ps...
Overall, I feel this monogram, rather than a proper logo, is very underwhelming. I don't see why the P needs to be upside down. Same for the circle.
The colours are super dull also. Globally I don't think it works at all, it gives no hint about what this company does or what kind of business it operates into.
To be honest, it feels like this logo wasn't really thought through and done in 5 minutes. I may be wrong, but that's the way it feels to me. Did you do some market research beforehand, get some inspirations or even sketched on paper a few hundred ideas before committing to this? If your answer is no, there lies your problem ;)
Here's a pro-tip: forget about working on the initials of the company. Create a unique symbol, which will be simple yet memorable.
