you need to post more info about what you're requested to do... anyway typography is so much visible than the image, hard to understand at a first sight.
the image has nothing to do with the words from outside, why an M? and not an H or S? the orange thing above the "M" has no meaning to me if you're refering to a sport center.

Without knowing what this is for.. All I can say is that the symbol looks good. You may not need the circle.

It is a little bit unconvinced to criticize the logo who looks like the one I have made 35 year ago. I do not wont to say this logo is a copy because these things happens. The logo I designed was for the city Donji Milanovac in the Danube gorge in Serbia. The font is typed in Cyrillic letters where D is almost like Greek letter Delta.
