Brief from client
Our company logo representing the hybrid situation of customer data generation: in store buying behavior, and online buying behavior. We are a data driven agency that gets the right message via the right channel to the right person at the right time.
Our data tracking platform Hybrid Marketeer supplies all data from instore and online and algorithms analyse connections between data to very user-specific online marketing campaigns.

This is not bad at all.
A few things, though.
I would find a different yet complimenting font for the subtext. It seems these two types you picked aren't the same, but they are definitely too similar.
As a rule of thumb, it's better that the subtext isn't integral to the logo. It should be added when it needs to be, but you should align the symbol only with the word mark. You can always have several iterations of your logo, which gives you more flexibility depending on the context you will use it in.
I would remove the "reflection" ellipse on the symbol. It was all the rage in the early 2000s but now it just makes your logo seem a bit dated. At least to me. Your symbol is pretty cool on its own, you need to add any cosmetic and superfluous elements.
Have you tried to have your symbol without the blue circle? I think you would gain in simplicity.
Anyway, this a pretty good job so far. Keep it up!
