Hyper 390 design

My Personal Logo just need some feedback
This is a personal freelance graphic design logo for myself.
To be fair, I liked version 1 better. The thick lines around the text doesn't give your logo any space to breathe. I would stick to version 1 and draw the legs of the Y and P to the legs of the H. So you have space to play with the "390 design" text. It's also a good idea to not use more then 2 types of font types.
I would also recommend if your main logo color is blue that your secondairy text be a darker or lighter grey. See what fits your preference.
If I might add, like too many logos from beginers we see on this site, it really feels like you created this logo right off your computer, without any sketching before hand. That's a big mistake. Draw a few hundred logos before even touching your mouse.
Also, any good creative process begins with a massive fix of inspiration. Check out these sites to that groove flowing: www.dribbble.comwww.logopond.com

Thank You for the critique.. I do all what you said.. again thanks
Hi Sir.. this is what I think..
Sorry, but this is not working.
Too many gradients, strokes, fonts... All these elements aren't working well together. Even the name itself is too complicated.
Keep things simple. Two fonts max. Two color max.
Good luck.
Tnx Sir Shawali
