Its good you started off in b&w
the ! doesn't fit the rest of the font.
the motor haul Ltd looks bad capital the letters that should be capitalized and use a different font (sans-serif)
the deas font does not match the ! so i would change that as well

Well, Steve has a point about the upper case letters in the motor haul. I would change the font for the deas to an ordinary bold arial, etc, lower case, to match the "!" stay in B&W.
