You do not need the blue gradient in the background. why do you have the i and s in different color? the white stroke is too much you can even remove it completely. also you do not need the thin orange line.
I'd say you better start clean.

Nothing more to add to what Mahayni said.

Basically, you need to get off the computer and start sketching a lot to see chat you can come up with. And even before that, check out a lot of logo design sites (www.logopond.com and www.dribbble.com come to mind) and learn about the do's and dont's.

Yeap I agree with the comments, Only one question... it's a mustache or a seagul? between e and a. and be awesome if you can explain the reason of each element
