Sorry, but I have no idea what I'm looking at. He see a E and a C, although I'm not sure. But no idea of what that first letter is supposed, if it's a letter at all.

Suffice to say this logo doesn't work at all, as it's totally unreadable The colors are also super dull. That double stroke has no real purpose and would be a nightmare if this logo was ever printed at a very small size..
