Alaska is home of the Iditarod the longest dogsled race... this espresso shop has played on the well known race for thier business name.

Hard to get a grip on the logo with so much going on in the background.
The symbol is very complicated.. Pacific NorthWest Native American art is a favorite of mine.. I'm sure there is a way to simplify this and retain the look of the artwork.
The gradients and heavy outline is unnecessary..
Same with the drop shadows.
I really don't think you need the 2 circles either.
A logo is successful when there is nothing more to take away.. not when there is nothing left to add.
I like these colors, but the classic red, black, and white, that is usually associated with this style of artwork would work even better in my opinion.
The kerning/spacing of the text needs attention.
Overall I like it. But, I think with some stripping down and attention to detail this will be much better.
