Initially this gave me a Boy Scouts kind of vibe- but I think that is mostly from the bird and the yellow/navy color scheme. It's well put together, clean, and I like the stroke weight matching the type stroke weight.
The only thing I noticed is the top arched text may be off just a little-see photo. Otherwise, I think this looks pretty good.

Simple, clean, classic look, and easily reproducible in a variety of applications. I'd say you have a winner here.

Very proportional, modern and simple. Easy to convert to black and white. All in all, great job and keep up the good work.
