I am sure you want to be a head turner, but do you want that those who look at your logo have to turn their heads?
IMHO the text is almost unreadable!
The big "D" is not as clear as it should, and where is the key?
So, "please insert new coin, better luck next time!"

You can work the symbol a bit more (like making the circle smaller) and leave it apart from the text. Remove that gradient, you can make it flat and could look better. Overall, it has potential. Also, try other font. ;)

Yes this has potential but you're not quiet there yet.

You could do something with this big D, but certainly not have the text around it. As Razzerrath rightly pointed out, it's unreadable. And it will get anyone who tries to read is a sore neck =)

Also, I don't see a key but rather a music note.

Also, I'm not a fan of the green gradient. It looks a bit cheap and it almost gives the logo a bad bevel & emboss filter twist.

I think the best thing you can do is to simplify drastically. Keep the big D and revise everything else.

Reminds me a lot of the Dr.Dre Beats logo, I'd be careful if you choose to stick with this symbol
