Beside the kerning that needs some urgent fixing, I see nothing wrong with this logo. I usually don't really like when .com in incorporated in the logo, but since it's already in the brand name...

I think the letters are a little close and could be spread out overall, but the kerning looks proper otherwise. What are we missing?

You're missing the "fun" part =)

More seriously, the kerning isn't a huge issue, but spending a bit more time slightly optimizing the space between several letters would make this logo even better. Particularly the X and the N.
