Insurance property loss assessors

Brief from client
New logo for existing company. The business deals with property insurance claims working as a loss assessor for the insured party. Company wants the logo to represent property and working on a claimants behalf.
The current logo is considered a little busy, and consits of a knight in armour. They would like to have something with a similar theme.
They would like a logo that is simple and would work well on different mediums.

I think the client may be satisfied with this version, but I would appreciate any comments any one may have as to where I could improve it.
Have attached the logo as a single colour and also how it may appear on the company website.
The symbol is intended to represent a shield and the side of a house.

Looks good to me - a little boring, though... I cannot think of anything you can do about it...
Cheers Theo, I'll take that!
this logo seems fine, agree with brockmann about boring. I am a lil bothered bt the "4"...the rest is very fine according to the rules :D
Yep Hueroth I altered the original 4 as it descended quite low, was hoping to get away with that alteration!
Just a little bothered ....and i guess is just me, so unless somebody else doesn't come with a better reason, is just me.
Like really the symbol. great!
Shield and side are fine. Something is wrong with kerning. I would change the ratio of sizes between "Claims 4U" and :PROPERTY LOSS ASSESSORS". The eye finds that more like "a forest" than some distinct, nice peace of the composition. I just thought that the whole idea of the good design is in the right proportions that please the idea regardless of the chosen fonts or design elements. I write this to improve what is already good not to discard everything. You are on the right track. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the comments Alpreacher, I see what you are saying regarding a forest and the lack of distinction and will try to improve this.
