Brief from client 

Alternative name/identity for an Ohio based agency.

They want timelessness, movement, and a web 2.0 feel.

This doesn't really say creative though. Not really a web 2.0 fell to it. From my point of view it's just meh. I would say just come up with another ideea.

Tell them that web.0 died of a heart attack a couple years ago and that he was cast away at sea never to be seen again.

your type is fine

color choice is working for me

I think you can do something more creative in the interstate symbol

Loose the web.0 even if the client wants it, it's your responsibility as a designer to smack the in the nose with a newspaper and go "No thats a bad client"

definitely don't see anything that stands out in this. i'd recommend scratching this concept and develop a new idea
