This is so horrible I had to create an account just to be able to tell you how horrible it is. Start over. Loose the freaking gradients. Loose the oil tower. Loose the font. Loose the color of the font. If you decide to keep the horse, re-design it, make it smaller and loose the teardrop. And for god sake re-consider the format. Try a circular logo instead of a rectangle with rounded edges. Best of luck!

May be the idea of a horse made by oil can be good, but there's a lack of work... go back to the skecth book and try to get something simple with the horse head and the oil splat... forget gradients and effects, use them but not too much. Typo can be sans serif. And if you want a closed logo use the circle or don't close it
