Great work! Isn't the kerning of the second A off? Seems too close to the K to me.

Great job, with one reservation: the outline on the reverse version's ears bugs me. I would like to see a straight reverse. But this is more of a personal observation than a critique because I can't give you a good reason why you shouldn't do it your way.

This goes to prove that so-called "design contests" should be avoided at all cost! Especially if you are a talented and confirmed designer. It might be a good exercise for beginners and students but besides that, this is just a scam.

Don't worry, in our heart, your logo is the winner ;)

OMG I'm so sorry for your loss. Clearly, the client doesn't have a sense of design and chose the wackiest of all the choices. Reminds me of Waste Management ad fail and how sorry I felt for the great advertisers.
