The type is great, I love it! However the use of hops for a beer company is kind of overused, perhaps there is a better or more interesting way to show beer?

Also noticed that your "Z" is larger than the rest of the font, is this intentional? Just something I noticed. I like the curled wheat at the top actually but I don't like the puffball glow at the background, Try just focusing on the LOGO and stick to a white background so we're not distracted by the background. Perhaps try a 2d circle around the curled wheat. Your colors for the logo are also nice.
