Surprisingly good.

I'm not convinced by the filled y/g, and your 'Salón & Eventos' typeface leaves something to be desired.

Looks great! There is quite a bit in there so for a corporate logo it won't really work. But for something like music festival or as you said social events it's more of an advertising piece isn't it. So in that respect it looks great. It'd have to be fairly big to notice any detail in it. can't really read the text but that's probably because it's another language... Also I'm not a huge fan of using great colours like you have and just using black as the colour of the text. I'm sure you can do something a little more creative there. It make a nice clean bit of artwork look dirty.
