Sorry, this doesn't work at all. The letters are nearly unreadable, and I don't understand what the different grays are supposed to signify. This also doesn't say anything about media design.
I'd start from the drawing board again.
First rule for logo design: It must be readable. LeJJ? You can use colors for readability as well!
i think it says JJLC, however it's barely readable, i'm not a fan of the way you stacked those letters, as well as the rectangles behind the whole thing
