Brief from client
My Client is asked to create a new design for his Forex Trading Company. This is the final design that he choose...
You scored 50% here. Your idea is a little too much for a financial corporation, and your typography is slightly hard to read -- which is a problem when you're printing on black and white, for example. Your symbol and your colors, on the other hand, convey modernity as well as seriousness, which is obviously what you were going for. Keep up the good work (:
Like your poultry logo, I think that while it's not too bad looking, it misses the mark. Again, it looks too much like a motorcyle/sport thing, as Jon pointed out.
There are also two symbols in this logo, and it's one too many. There are also a few details that would need to tweaking, including the left side of the J which is not parallel to the rest and the way too small sharp corners on each side of the O. These are small details I'll agree, but they can make any pointillist designer go mad =)
Do you have a strip down version of this logo? Without all the gradient and strokes?

I like the logo itself but I see this and think motocross/motorsports.
