Site for Games
The concept used to create this logo was very simple. We use a classic character and known to represent the site. The idea was to present to visitors that this is a gaming site on the first visit.

you will have issues using copyrighted artwork, you can get sued... lol but go for it! =)

And yes, you can't use copyrighted characters.

Yeah, the character is not yours. The typography is ugly too, e.g. the G and the O touch eachother and the font is not the best choice either. The positioning of the text is incorrect. The frame around the whole thing is simply awful. This is cheap design.
This shouldn't even be on the critique page- this isn't yours! (Other than the words.)
