In this day and age...... you have to be very careful about stereotypes and being politically incorrect. This one screams both very loudly!! Making Johnny evil with a bad dental plan doesn't help matters any. He also looks like a possessed chinese pumpkin!

I do happen to like the style of illustration though, the red and white is simple and effective as well.

Change up the graphic to something more ummmmm socially acceptable!

I understand what you mean, but if the client ask a kind of cartoon of a chinese/asian person for his product to make sure that it looks asian it is not so easy to exlude stereotypes...
