Like another comment, I'm unsure if the name is "Joral" or "Ioral"
I REALLY like this logo! The use of thick lines and colour are subtle and very effective. I too have a concern showing a bent pylon. I get that it's also representing a wizards hat, but like another comment, it's a matter of trust. I would like to see a version where the cone is straight, and once straightened, try it on a slant? That may work.

Looks a lot more balanced to me.
I say keep the cone bent as is. It adds character and uniqueness.
