Yes, this is an illustration, not a logo.
The part that could be a logo is so overwrought with effects that it falls completely flat. The colours are okay though.
This is a big old pass from me I'm afraid.
Also, that watermark is light and due to placement is easily erased. Someone who wanted this image would have it in a few minutes tops. Something to consider.
