Too hard to read.

I get that you are going for the grunge-like look with the font, but the lines slashing through your type break up the word to much and I read it like "Ka Oc h o D s ig s"

Its difficult to read through without paying it special attention(like we are doing now) and people may think you do spray paint work, not flyers and promotional material.

try incorporating more musical street parties in it somehow besides just the underground aspect.

Try a distressed font instead. It will read better than this.
