Brief from client
Zantiana is in the business of designing leather trinkets, boxes, gifts, baby favors and household items. She wanted a graphical modern logo that would capture the essence of her business "Keepsakes"

It's a cute little image but I don't think it functions well as a logo. The graphic components seem to take over the design and "KEEPSAKES" is easily lost in it, which is clearly evident in the smaller version you have displayed in the bottom right corner.
The concept can work if you simplify it and put more emphasis on the title. "By Zantiana" should really have less prominence than the actual name of the business.
Try adding some colour to it, maybe? That may not be necessary but I have a good feeling it would help a lot.
I'm very sorry, I don't like anything about this logo and I don't think it answers the brief.
You need to come up with an idea. This current version is too complicated. Overdesigned. The colors are dull.
