The orange hands break the symmetry. Autistic people, like my daughter, are often very sensitive to patterns. Looking at this logo might actually upset them. Try flipping one of the hands around so the thumbs point the same way.

Also, be aware that your color selections are indistinguishable to the colorblind.

You also want to use a real font for the word mark. This thing you went with looks terribly amateurish.

I also do get the whole idea behind the hand traces. It just seems random to me. I see a smiling face inside though, maybe you could play around with that.
