I love it, especially that it reminds me of the typical hungarian Buso Masks and I think this team is Hungarian, so great fit.

Nifty illustration! If this is a logo for a basketball team, you nailed it. The colours are a bit lacking though. Well, I suppose you only really have one and it's very muted. Maybe try for something a little louder? This is basketball we're talking, after all. :)

It's almost there. If you are going for a look like Gyula Németh or Glitschka, you should examine their work. How they simplify curves use different stroke weights depending if you are inside the illu or going towards the edges.

Typo is a bit strange though.
