Like the overall idea - not liking the typography. I'd play around with some different font choices and maybe simplifying the cupcake.

You have a big graphic element and small font...change it and temperate the size.

-Idea is ok. Not really original tough
-Color is to dark. It doesn't look appealing to me.
-Get rid of the LB and that kind of mustach just over it.
-Avoid Brush Script in any logo
