Looks great, the lion is very well done. It shows that you weren't lazy and just made a silhouette out of a picture, but really took the time to come up with your own style.

The font work is not so well managed, though. Especially the ILCS part, it's barely readable and too close from the Lions part. The subtext type is a bit boring.

Anyway, good work!

Uh oh... I sincerely hope you didn't actually ripped an existing logo off, change the colors and add some text and then try to make us believe that you did all by yourself...
