Brief from client 

A marketing firm in Rwanda that needed a modern and simple logo

I designed this to illustrate their core business - marketing.

The main font (Huge MKTG...) needs work- it doesn't match the symbol, and pairing black with navy is gross! The type itself isn't bad- consider thickening the stroke or finding a similar font with a thicker stroke.
I like the treatment of the H and M- it's very interesting. I would like to see the R with a similar treatment. Also, maybe thicken the stroke on the "talk bubble." Just some tweaks can make this logo so much better!
*Also double check the spacing of letters in the symbol!

I wouldn't shorten the word Rwanda. It's not that long of a word, and you're already shorting Marketing and Limited. I agree with JOY on making the R the same as HM. Talk bubbles are tricky if not necessary. Like where should it point to, or should it be straight or curved, round or slightly squared. Filled with color or not. But in your case it does add a glee accent.
