The symbol looks pretty good but I wonder if it could do without the gear. I can't help but think that this puma needs to shine on its own.
What you can definitely do without thought are all those cheap photoshop effects that, at least for me, have no place in an otherwise pretty good logo.
I'm not a fan of the main font. It looks dated to me, feels a bit 90's futuristic à la Robocop. I would find a simpler one which match the one for the subtext, which is pretty cool.
Globally this is a pretty good job.
Aso you have this happening, it's a pretty common interpretation of the letters E & A.
