Brief from client 

Online advertising client open to ideas, but mainly want the Australia continent in the logo.Green, orange, blue were some of the suggested colors.

Online advertising client open to ideas, they link customers with businesses, so the idea was to create something with "Link" concept, and yet I still wanted a "hand" that symbolises service in the logo. Thank you for feedbacks and comments!

Not a bad start, but there's lots that needs to be addressed here.
Firstly, it's got a lot going on. Gradients, italics, 3D mixed with flat, 6 colours, robot hands, dodgy kerning and so on...

How about getting rid of the robot hands and just making a link with two halves of Australia? Or at least incorporate them in a less disjointed way.

Then get rid of the italics on 'Australia' and the gradients and 3D effect on the country.

Sort out the kerning and use a maximum of 3 colours (ideally 2).

Once you've done all these things, ask yourself if you're happy with it and compare it with competitors.

EDIT: I haven't even started on the font choice, but I think that's enough for now.
