the image is small, i suggest you uploading a bigger one next time. The graduation hat you put there is overused and reused, it doesnt send a message anymore, the dialog bubble sugests comunication, that's good but not in a logo. Also the font is pretty unfriendly for a this domain. Try something rounder and more organic, dont go with anything condensed and bold (you can go with something bold but not condensed).

uh, you can keep the yello and add some blue to it....or keep it black and white

I like the idea and the grad cap in the speech bubble, the text is just too juvenile and tacky. Find something more bold, clean and refined and this will be a successful logo! Nice start, keep going! :)
