To much stuff. The shadow under the designer word is no need it. The fonts choosen are poor. And all the stuff used like glows, shadows, and bevels should be removed... OK why dont star all over again??? with a diferent idea.

It's basically everything one should not do when designing a logo.

Several uncomplimentary fonts, drop shadow, terrible color choice and gradients...

This is an obvious case of designer.
Know the graphical tools, but does not understand colors, graphics, fonts, and especially does not hold the details, such as the position of shadows and color variations in the blue part of the work.
Try again dude.
