A) Program and Project Management
B) Training
C) Recruitment
D) Business Consulting
Requirement was to keep it simple and use royal colors. Seeking for critiques and reviews. Thanks.

Presentation
I like the presentation and i also like the logo but the "profect" and "management part aren't aligned to each other on the left. Which is bothering me more then i'd like.
+1000 The Management MUST be aligned with Profect, otherwise the whole thing falls apart.

It's a polished design, but the one thing I would point out is that you have two colors clashing where the "P" meets the border. It's a nitpick observation, but it kind of looks odd to me. It might be okay to let the line from the P extend to where the border would be, and break up the square where it extends. Just a suggestion.
Otherwise this works well.

Yes, exactly. Maybe make the lines thinner, however. But that's what I had in mind.

I like the original, not out of the box, but maybe try the P art separated from the box on the inside? Just thought that might do it. But not sure. I love the whole concept. I would just play a little and see which one you prefer.
