Why those two letters in particular, though? It doesn't make sense for the brand name.

Can you present just the logo on white background? All these fancy stuff get in the way. Also, you're only allowed one logo per post.

While I like the simplicity and monoline here, I didn't see a crown at all. I actually saw an open book so I thought this was going to be some cool super high end large book store.
I agree with Katelin, I had the same impression.
Perhaps the A could be added to make a jewel with the M and add structure for the crown?
