Brief from client 

This is a logo for my own business. Photography, Graphic design and small web site design. Having trouble putting the M and the G together.

Any insight would be great.

This looks like a coffee bean... Did you make a faceted logo to emphasize that you produce in different categories (photography v graphics)?

The legs on the Rs are almost too reminiscent of HP's not-so-recent whimsical rebrand for laptops. If that's alright/indicative of your style, then I say run with it.

I don't like the idea (needs one), but the shape is quite unique. Overall it's ok, but could be much better.

Much better than ver.1.
The colors are good, but the idea is still poor.
In my opinion, the "R"s in the "Middlebury Graphics" are weird.
