Friendly, Open, Gives you a good feeling, encouraging, creating interest and curiosity, natural element
I chose as an natural element the dandelion as it stands for:
- Healing from emotional pain and physical injury alike
- Intelligence, especially in an emotional and spiritual sense
- The warmth and power of the rising sun
- Surviving through all challenges and difficulties
- Long lasting happiness and youthful joy
- Getting your wish fulfilled
Besides I integrated the symbol that stands for psychology (Psi) - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psi_(letter)

I think you're on the right track. On first glance, I definitely got the dandelion reference with the seed floating off, but then my mind went to citrus or lime and the logo brought to mind food (dandelime) and I associated the logo with something like a food distributor, meal delivery, or a restaurant. I think you hit your concepts of dandelion and joy, but I did not get any warmth from it or the concepts of healing or surviving. I think it's the hard outer circle that saps it of warmth and happiness.
